Chop It Up!

Four individuals with criminal justice involvement talk about, learn about and discuss current events through the lens of our experiences. Barry Stephens, Robert Lefleur and Urbano Ribas are three individuals who all spent over 30 years in the Florida Department of Corrections after being sentenced to LIFE as juveniles. Because of a supreme court decision, the three were able to be released from incarceration and rejoin the "free world." Michelle Fortier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in Forensic Social Work. She works in private practice in the community after working as a Mental Health Professional for over 8 years in the Florida Department of Corrections.
